Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Process:

Our refund process is straightforward and efficient. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For expedited processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showing any defects or damage for a quick resolution.

Steps to Initiate Refund:

  • Provide the reason for return along with your order number.
  • Await instructions on the return shipping address.
  • Once we receive and verify your return (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.

Scenarios and Insurance:

  • Defective Product: In case the product is defective, please provide clear pictures of the defect to support@mimitore.store. We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, we will issue a full refund.

  • Non Arrival of Product: Contact us immediately if your product is past the expected delivery date and you have not received any notification from us. We will resolve the situation and refund your entire amount if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, contact support@mimitore.store. You will not incur any loss from the cancellation, and it can be done without any costs.
