Returns & Refunds Policy
Hello! My store always tries to provide detailed product information to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Please read our return policy carefully:
No returns for items that were shipped correctly:
Items that are sent accurately in accordance with customer orders are not returnable. This covers circumstances in which
It's the right size.
It's the right color.
The amount is accurate.
The item is just as described.
Furthermore, returns for the following reasons won't be accepted:
Refusal to receive the order without a valid reason.
No longer like the product.
Ordered by mistake, but the product has already been shipped.
Size Chart and Product Description:
We provide a detailed size chart and specifications for each product in our store. Customers are responsible for checking these specifications before placing an order. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart to avoid sizing issues.
Cases, where products are too tight or loose, will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.
Color Variation: Please be aware that various screen settings may cause colors to differ somewhat. This isn't a good cause to send something back. Customers are urged to carefully examine product photos.
Starting a Refund:
Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and has all of its tags still on it before starting a return. Within 30 days after purchase, returns are accepted.
Refund Process:
Our refund process is straightforward and efficient. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be promptly transferred to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For expedited processing, we recommend providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showing any defects or damage for a quick resolution.
Steps to Initiate Refund:
To initiate the return procedure, get in touch with our customer care staff at support@mimitore.store.
Give your order number and the reason for the return.
Await the return shipment address instructions.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive and review your return, which normally happens within 72 hours.
If applicable, refunds will be handled within seven days. Please be aware that processing could take an extra three to five business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
Scenarios and Insurance:
Defective Product: In case the product is defective, please provide clear pictures of the defect to support@mimitore.store. We will arrange a return label, and upon inspection, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, offer a replacement, or refund accordingly.
Wrong Product or Size: If the product sent to you is incorrect or the wrong size, contact us at support@mimitore.store for further instructions. We'll provide a return label, and upon receiving the item, we'll dispatch the correct product or issue a refund.
Non Arrival of Product: Contact us immediately if your product is past the expected delivery date and you have not received any notification from us. We will resolve the situation and refund your entire amount if necessary.
